The Lincolnshire Chamber Orchestra was established in 2003 by Malcolm Goodman MBE, who was then serving as a Royal Air Force musician.
In addition to its regular local professional players, the orchestra now includes instrumentalists from many of the UK's major orchestras, including the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, BBC Philharmonic Orchestra and Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra.
Having performed over 100 concerts around the region with various local choral societies, with its regular concerts at Lincoln Cathedral the Lincolnshire Chamber Orchestra is now regarded as one of the county's premier chamber orchestras.
